The mk-jewels.gr is the online store of the company M.K_jewels and provides its users with the opportunity to be informed about the manufacture of jewellery and related items as well as gives the opportunity to buy and sell (retail) jewellery and jewellery parts, gold and silver jewellery and parts. For their part, users, when carrying out their purchases through ..., must check the accuracy of the data they enter before completing and finally accepting them.

After completing the order, the user/customer will receive a confirmation email for this purchase and once we confirm the payment, the products ordered will be sent to him/her.

M.K_jewels assumes no responsibility for any use of this website by minors and their subsequent purchase of products available on this website.

Purchase of Products-Mode of payment-Refund policy

The products posted on mk-jewels.gr are presented with retail prices including VAT. Apart from the retail cost, the user/customer pays the cost of transport, if any, the amount of which will be communicated to him before the final submission of his order. The company may modify the prices of its products. Any modification will not affect existing orders that are being processed or have been shipped.

Payment for products can be made by one of the following methods: credit or debit card, bank deposit, IRIS, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. After the order is completed, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the order which will include all the above payment methods.

The customer upon receipt of the product is responsible to check if the packaging is intact and if the condition of the products received is as desired or there are any obvious problems or defects of the product so as not to lose the rights under the law on defective products.
If the user/customer after receiving the order wishes to return a product, the company follows a policy regarding the return of products sold through its website which is in accordance with the European and Greek legislation on consumer protection. In this case the customer will be able to return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the product as shown by the statements of the transport company from which he received it. The product to be returned must be in perfect condition and in undamaged packaging and must not have been used. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to the company.
No refund will be given for any product if it has been used or the packaging has been tampered with in any way. In the event that a product is found to be defective it is subject to any warranty of the company that produced it and the responsibility for repair and/or replacement rests with them.
