Returns

If you wish to return part or all of your order, this can be done within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
In order to proceed with the change process we would ask you to contact us first.

- Changes are accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in its original condition.

- It can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.

- As long as we communicate and it has been agreed to change to another product.

You send us (with the company Geniki Postal and Easy Mail courier) the product you wish to make the change. After a quality check and we find that no damage has been done to the product, then only the new product is shipped. We send the new product you have chosen (with the company Geniki Postal and Easy Mail courier) 

- The change of products has a cost of 7€ (for the transport costs of the change) to be borne by the customer. Returns on earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Defective Products

In case you receive a defective product (e.g. damage during transport), please contact us at 2315115940 or via email info@mk-jewels.gr as soon as you receive the parcel and we will inform you on how to replace it without any charge to you.
Refund of Money
In case you wish a refund, you have the option to do so within 7 days from the day you receive your order. In order to proceed with the refund process, please contact us first.

- Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in its original condition.

- Once we have been contacted and informed about the refund. Please have the parcel sent back to us by the company we work with, Geniki Postal and Easy Mail courier, with a charge to the recipient. (If you wish to send the parcel with a different company, you are entirely responsible for the shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your parcel and it will be returned to you.)

- The package along with the product should include the packaging and the proof of purchase as they are part of the product.

- You will need to provide us with the IBAN or bank account, the name of the beneficiary and the bank of the account where you would like us to make the refund.

- Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the deposit.

- The refund has a cost of 7€ if it is sent by General Postal and Easy Mail courier (It concerns the shipping costs of the shipment and the return). The refund is only for the value of the products and the amount will be deposited within ten working days, from the receipt of the return parcel, to the bank account you have indicated to us.
